Burgess(TM) Announces New Client Contract With The Regence Group

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Burgess(TM) a
leading Medicare-based data and information technology solutions firm,
announced today the signing of a three-year contract with Regence, a
Portland, Oregon-based not-for-profit health insurer.

Regence is the largest health insurer in the Northwest / Intermountain
Region, serving nearly three million members as Regence BlueCross
BlueShield of Oregon, Regence BlueShield (in Washington), Regence BlueCross
BlueShield of Utah and Regence BlueShield of Idaho. Each plan is a
not-for-profit independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Association.

Under this contract, Regence will be a licensed user of Burgess
Reimbursement System (BRS)(TM) which includes BRS(TM) AutoPricer, enabling
them to automatically price claims in line with their existing adjudication
process through a direct connection to their existing claims system.
BRS(TM) provides a complete, modular solution which covers current and
historical Medicare data for every major provider and payment system.
Burgess(TM) will also provide Regence continual technical support and
Medicare payment policy education.
